The following two error messages may be displayed if you have attempted to join an existing sQuizya account using a registration code:
“The registration code you entered does not exist”
Double check that the unique registration code that was emailed to you was entered into the field correctly.
The sQuizya Account Manager of the account you are trying to join has the ability to change the registration codes for the institution at any time for security purposes. If you are trying to join a sQuizya account some time after you were first given your registration code, contact the sQuizya Account Manager at your institution to obtain the new code.
“Insufficient user accounts available under this subscription. Please contact the sQuizya Account Manager at your institution.”
The sQuizya Account Manager at your institution has purchased a limited number of user accounts under their subscription. They may have exceeded their user limit by giving out more codes than available accounts. Contact the sQuizya Account Manager at your institution to notify them to purchase additional user accounts.
