What Permission Level do I choose?

'Teachers and Students' should only be selected when you want students to be able to help themselves to an item. eg. You might want them to be able to have repeated access to a spelling list or mathematics tables. Giving such access means they can also access the answers so all grading exercises should be left as 'Teachers only'.
