Why can’t I import my work?

If you are having difficulties importing zApps and zApp Books into your account, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • You are trying to import while being signed in as a student/member or free user.
    Transferring and importing work is a feature only available to the teacher/manager users of a small or large sQuizya account.
  • You are entering the transfer code too long after the code was generated.
    Transfer codes expire 24 hours after they were generated. If you are trying to import work after this timeframe, you will need to generate a new transfer code.
  • You are entering the transfer code incorrectly.
    If you are within the 24 hour timeframe, but still receive an error message when trying to import work, you are probably entering the code incorrectly. You will need to generate a new transfer code, which overrides the first.

Note: Transfer codes are for individual use only, so if the transfer code has been sent to multiple users then it will only work once before it expires.
