What happens if I publish to the School Library / My Library?
School Library
The sQuizya users within your institution will be able to see your zApp but the broader sQuizya community will not. By default it will be available to teachers only. The teachers would then assign the work to students as required. If you wish to give students open access to the work then you need to ask the schools sQuizya administrator to change the access level for the zApp. They can also remove the zApp from the library if required. Open access should only be given to students for work that is not to be graded as it will give them access to all the answers to a zApp.
If you wish to share with a small number of teachers in your school but not all teachers then use the Transfer function which can be found by clicking on your profile icon which can be found in the top right corner. Then select Account Settings and then select Transfer. Your colleague will need to follow the same process but select import instead of transfer. Only work in My library can be transferred.
My Library
Content in My Library is only visible to you and the users you assign zApps/zApp Books to. If you decide you want to share your work by placing it in the School Library or the sQuizya Library you need to create a new zApp and import all the lessons and questions from the original zApp into the new zApp. When you publish this new zApp be sure to select the required sharing level in step 3.
Follow the steps in What happens if I publish to the School Library? if you wish to transfer work to another individual teacher.
