Archiving a user frees an additional user account for another person to join sQuizya under your subscription.
Archive users from the Manage Users page of your administrator dashboard by clicking the red cross icon next to their name. Archived users can be viewed from the Archived Student/Member or Archived Teacher/Manager tabs and can be unarchived at any time if enough free user accounts exist to house them. If not, you may need to purchase additional user accounts.
Archived users lose their ability to access their account. Students at the end of their final year of tuition are automatically archived to make room for new students entering the institution at the entry level.
