What happens to the users within my institution at the end of their final year of tuition?

Students at the end of their final year of tuition are automatically archived to make room for new students entering the institution at the entry level.

In the event that a student is repeating their final year of tuition and was therefore incorrectly automatically archived, you can unarchive this student from the Archived Students tab by clicking on the unarchive icon.
