Are users within my institution automatically moved to the next grade or year level at the start of a new school year?
Moving students up a grade or year level needs to be done manually by the sQuizya Account Manager when the change is required.
The process is simple:
Go to the Manage Users page of your administrator dashboard.
Go to the Students tab
Select all Students and select the action ‘Move up 1 level’.
Users will still be able to access all their past results from earlier year levels.
In the event that a student was moved up a year level incorrectly, you can amend this mistake by clicking on the Edit symbol next to their name and manually selecting their correct grade/year level from the drop-down list.
Students at the end of their final year of tuition are automatically archived to make room for new students entering the institution at the entry level.
In the event that a student is repeating their final year of tuition and was incorrectly automatically archived, you can unarchive this student from the Archived Students tab by clicking on the unarchive icon.
