A user has left my institution. How do I remove them from my subscription?
While users cannot be deleted completely from your subscription, they can be archived. Archiving a user frees an account for another person to join sQuizya under your subscription.
Archive users from the Manage Users page of your administrator dashboard by clicking the red cross icon next to their name. Archived users can still be viewed from the Archived Student/Member or Archived Teacher/Manager tabs and can be unarchived at any time if enough free user accounts exist to house them. If not, you may need to purchase additional user accounts.
